• You were charged more than once for the same order.

We will first try to restore access, correct the link, or provide a replacement file. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may provide a refund where appropriate.

We generally cannot provide refunds for a change of mind, an accidental purchase after the product has been accessed, failure to use the product, or incompatibility when the product requirements were clearly stated before purchase.
